These guys are doing very well and enjoying their classes.

Learning a good foundation is very important in Tae Kwon Do as it is in the rest of our lives.

TKD Kickin My Rear!

I've been back almost three weeks after almost seven years away and wow am I feeling it!

I think one of the hardest things is relearning what was once second nature. Not only is it hard remembering what you once knew, but it is hard having the patience to take it slowly when you want to take right off where you were so long ago.

TKD teaches us patience and sometimes it is one of the most difficult lessons of all.

I had an awesome and humbling workout today.

Today Nico and Kyan have begun their own Tae Kwon Do journey with Grandmaster Lee!

I am very proud to welcome these two young men to this exciting sport and lifestyle!

I look forward to seeing their progress  and will be here to support them along the way!

Return to TKD

Today marks my return to Tae Kwon Do after a six year hiatus.

I am looking forward to this new challenge!
